About Amanda
Amanda is a qualified Dispute Resolution practitioner with a wealth of knowledge around managing workplace related crisis.
After many years working within for purpose organisations Amanda undertook additional coursework to become a certified Mediator, Crisis manager and workplace investigator with a purpose of supporting organisations and individuals through trauma induced workplace incidents.
An accredited Trainer and Assessor Amanda works with clients in support of targeted training and advisory services to support positive and workable outcomes for all. Her training and experience in Engagement practices also provides a unique perspective and understanding of communication pieces and their importance in the workplace.
Having worked for a diverse range of high profile organisations such as Qld Government, Mulpha, Halcyon, Starlight, Make-A-Wish and Mission Australia, Amanda strives to provide educated and innovative solutions to her clients.
Amanda’s area of expertise are conflict and dispute resolution, stakeholder and engagement, training, facilitating and strategic planning.
Amanda is a former professional golfer and when she is not working can be found on the links at any of the Gold Coast’s premier courses or enjoying the beaches of the Southern Gold Coast.
