About Louis

Louis is a qualified Carpenter operating his own building and housing business since the late 1980’s.

Constantly trying to understand how to operate his business more efficiently Louis has undertaken significant study and coursework to hone his skills ultimately moving from the tools to an array of high profile brands like AV Jennings, Burbank, Henley and has held national Board positions with the Housing Industry Association.

The Covid19 impacts felt across the building and construction industry gave Louis opportunity and insight into the challenges that businesses face now and in the future and as a result Louis determined the most rewarding role he could now play would be to apply his knowledge to proactively support and engage the industry to develop tailored business efficiencies, frameworks to develop maintain and monitor key relationships and strategies in support of ongoing sales development and operations.

Louis also looks at the team, their challenges and management of the changing environment and facilitates accredited training in stress management via Breathwork and Apnae courses.

In Louis spare time he spends time at his local beach surfing or riding one of his collection of motorcycles through the hills of the Gold Coast Hinterland.
